I am currently working on Gallium Nitride based Devices for High frequency MMIC applications. I also did my PhD work on Gallium Nitride devices like vertical nanowires for low power application. My expertise is TCAD based simulation and modelling of transistors. Currently i am familiar with SILVACO ATLAS. I study and analyse the performance of transistors and understanding of device physics, for future devices based on the benchmarking through simulation and modelling with the help of experimentally obtained devices.
