As a Customer Service Manager at Trinity Industries, I oversee the repair and documentation of more than $10 million worth of assets per month, serving as the point of contact for Plant 4025 and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. With 15+ years of leadership experience in diverse and dynamic operations, I bring a strategic vision, a collaborative approach, and a customer-centric mindset to my role. I lead and empower a team of six customer service and compliance administrators, implementing service level agreements, monitoring performance goals, and reporting progress. I also ensure production schedules are on target by facilitating cross-functional meetings and coordinating with rail traffic controllers and engineers.
