About Terna Ieren

I am a Lecturer in the department of Mathematics and Computer Science, Benue State University Makurdi. I have also worked as a Research and Project Assistant with R-DATS Consulting Limited Abuja. I have a very good knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research. I am a Statistician with special expertise in Mathematical Statistics. I have a B.Sc. Ed Mathematics/Statistics from Federal University of Agriculture Makurdi, Nigeria and M. Sc. Statistics from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, Nigeria. I am currently a PhD student in the department of Statistics, Modibbo Adama University Yola (formerly Federal University of Technology Yola). My research interests are in Mathematical Statistics, Probability distribution Theory, Statistical Inference, Survival Analysis and Statistical Quality Control. I have many years of experience in Teaching and Research. I love people, it's just a matter of how well we all work together towards a common goal. My goal is to bring out the best in any situation by using my creative mind to solve problems. This gives me a unique advantage in developing solutions. My work experience helped me improve my Teaching and Research skills
