I am a Nordic CFO with experience across private equity and venture capital ownership, international scale-ups and listed-company environments. I build finance functions that enable growth with discipline - combining capital allocation logic, KPI steering and hands-on leadership.Over my career I have led M&A integration, cross-border expansion and investor reporting in PE-backed settings, working closely with CEOs, boards and financial sponsors. I have worked with international VC and PE investors from the Nordics, US and UK. I am accustomed to communicating financial narratives with both equity and debt partners.My focus is on value creation. I believe in transparent metrics, scalable processes and finance teams that work close to the business. I have also built ESG reporting foundations as part of the financial narrative.I see the CFO role as a trusted partner to CEOs and boards - not only responsible for reporting, but for enabling growth, capital efficiency and long-term investor confidence. I hold the CFA charter, which supports my capital markets perspective in investor discussions while keeping my approach practical and operational.
