I have worked for artiflex for 5 years one year was as a temp and in this time i have acquired many skills within the company such as paper work highlighting defects including what kind of lighting to use to properly see potential defects.I have been trained as an spc quality inspector which duties include fixture checkes,validations, destructs, first piece approvals and any studies that are needed.I have joined an automated line and have learned how to do die set up operations on both manual and automated lines. My role on the line is that of the quality inspector,responsible for the dimensional checks,ok to run processes and troubleshooting possible defects. Im also a skilled metal finisher dealing with different defects and knowing how to use the proper techniques and tools to make a flawless surface. In previous factory jobs i have worked on robot cells unloading and loading different job programs within the robot cells and welding units with some light cnc operating.
