About Terrel Wiley

I build operational systems that scale. With over a decade of experience leading high-impact operations across fast-paced industries, I specialize in turning chaos into clarity. I’ve led multimillion-dollar transformation projects, cut operating costs by 25–33% through smarter systems, and launched workflows that make businesses faster, leaner, and more efficient. I’m not just here to “manage facilities” I create operational engines. From automating cross-functional workflows to negotiating vendor deals that improve service and save money, I deliver measurable, strategic outcomes. My background spans startup and enterprise environments where I’ve led logistics, built teams, executed strategic initiatives, and implemented tools to drive visibility and efficiency. Whether scaling a business unit or stabilizing operations during growth, I bring a balance of tactical execution and strategic vision. If you're building something ambitious and need an operator who can think like a strategist and execute like an owner let’s connect.
