I am a graduate of East Carolina University with a B.S. in Exercise Physiology, currently working as an Exercise Physiologist at Atrium Health. My professional journey has allowed me to apply my passion for improving health and wellness, blending science-based fitness strategies with real-world patient care. During my time as an intern with the East Carolina Track Team, I gained invaluable hands-on experience working with athletes, honing my skills in exercise prescription, performance optimization, and advanced technology. This experience sparked my interest in the intersection of healthcare, fitness, and performance, which I continue to explore in my current role. Currently, I am pursuing my MBA with a concentration in Healthcare Administration at the University of North Carolina at Pembroke (UNCP), with the goal of blending my clinical background with strategic leadership in the healthcare industry. I am passionate about using data-driven solutions and evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes, streamline healthcare systems, and create innovative approaches to wellness.
