About Terrell Hester

Throughout college, I always envisioned myself landing a career in sports management. Fast forward years later, and I now find myself navigating the world of financial services. As I continue to develop in my professional career, I am realizing more and more that I am someone who searches for the "why" in things. Whether it is rationalizing the thought process of a main character of a new show on Netflix or understanding why a company's net revenue is drastically different from one year to the next, I consider myself to be very insightful and analytical. Some of my strengths include: • Understanding various industry trends to project future market climates • Common sizing numerical data to compare companies of different sizes and structure • Streamlining day to day task so that I can maximize efficiency • Adapt to the various personalities in order to help cultivate a happy and productive work environment While my appreciation for numbers and the story they tell in finance has led me to a career I am thoroughly content with, I still make sure to maximize my free time so that I am enjoying a healthy work-life balance. When I'm not at work, I usually try to stay active. Whether it is coaching youth basketball, offering private lessons, or planning my next tournament, a large chunk of my leisure involves sports in some capacity.
