Experienced Technology and Administrative Assistant with a demonstrated history of working in the Computer & Network Security industry. Strong education professional with a Bachelor's Degree focused in Computer Science from CUNY Medgar Evers College. Colleagues know me as a highly creative Tech specialist who can always be trusted to come up with a new approach. But I know that the computer users comes first, and I always try to make their lives easier the best way I can. I spend a lot of time understanding their issue before suggesting different strategies to make sure they issue is resolved and that they are prepared for success. I can (and often do) work well alone, but I’m at my best collaborating with others. I incorporate my tech background (and hobby ) to be a social media consultant for small businesses. I help build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification. I create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
