About Terrell Sarver

I am Terrell L. Sarver, Founder and President of TLS Consulting, LLC. I created the company to serve the community by educating and counseling individuals in the area of Financial Literacy. Joining the mortgage industry as a Senior Loan Officer was my first taste of assisting individuals and couples with homeownership. Over the years, I have expanded my specialty into community development and outreach. I have worked in community development for the past three years which has allowed me to work with various not-for-profit organizations. During this time, I have gained a tremendous amount of knowledge in the following areas: • Pre/post purchase homeowner education and counseling • Debt management • Foreclosure prevention & intervention • Mortgage lending • Credit counseling I am professionally certified through Neighbor Works Training Institute to provide housing and credit counseling. Also, I have had the opportunity to forge many relationships with some of the largest financial institutions in the area. Jointly, we have focused on affordable lending products for the communities we serve. Our goal at TLS Consulting, LLC is to help thousands of individuals reach their financial goals, including home ownership, and become empowered in the process.
