With over 20+ years of experience in population-focused customer service, my professional journey has been deeply rooted in fostering sustainable community relationships, delivering memorable engagement events, and orchestrating the ability of clients to envision, achieve, and realize their goals. Born and raised in Tyler, Terrence Ates is a product of Tyler ISD (#Cujo), Tyler Junior College, and the University of Texas at Tyler, earning his college degrees in 2006 and in 2008. While pursuing his degrees, a young Mr. Ates worked as a waiter, a tumbling coach, a pizza delivery driver, an overnight stocker, a research assistant, and for 10 years as a professional wrestler. Teams that have utilized my expertise have excelled in bringing supportive services, fundraising, and strategic event planning to the forefront of public health initiatives. At the helm of community collaboration, we've leveraged program evaluation and strategic planning to promote healthier lifestyles. My hobbies include breathing, eating, and sleeping.
