Participates fully in the planning, reviewing, evaluation and direction involving the center’s training and employee development programs. Utilizes instructional systems design to develop classroom, e-learning and experiential learning opportunities in the disciplines of science, regulatory law, leadership, and professional developments. Designs and delivers educational podcasts, videos, and online training content. Advises on changes in program goals and policies to meet the Center education and training requirements. Develops and implements new training program methods and processes. Assists in establishing long- and short-range plans and resolves complex training and managerial problems. Evaluates training policies, procedures, curricula, Instructional methods and techniques, quality of instruction, adequacy and utilization of training aids and devices, program adjustments to prevent potential problem areas and enhance identified training weaknesses. Conducts surveys to evaluate program effectiveness in relation to the needs of the Center. Analyzes requests for new training programs and changes to existing training programs and scheduling processes.
