Below are some of my notable career accomplishments. • Offered expertise and support to the new management team in the transformation process of Applus+ PNG Ltd, successfully trebling revenue in one year, steering the company towards profitability, and repaying outstanding debts. • Rebuilt investor trust and restructured operational, risk, and financial frameworks to assist PNG Ports in executing a substantial CAPEX programme, resulting in the investment of over AUD1.36 billion into the business. • Devised the 3 to 20 years’ strategic business plan for PNG Ports; a blue print for revising infrastructure and reporting across 16 ports. Streamlined HR, Finance, Admin, and ICT operations, reducing OPEX whilst improving business support. • Engaged as a strategic partner to the CEO and Board of iPi Group in constructing a more transparent reporting structure to support a highly diversified enterprise with over 650+ employees. • Contributed to the start-up of Tri-Pies in Australia, spearheading the launch of operations in multiple states. • Undertook the financing for the Brisbane Lions AFL Club's involvement in $100M refurbishment of the Gabba Stadium and managed all aspects of finance, cashflow and match day operations.
