Multifaceted professional who not only "thinks outside the box," but, actually builds a new box! A good portion of what I have done was in Public Safety, which I like to call REactive, and then the rest of my career, currently and in safety overall, I refer to as PROactive, so, I have seen both sides of safety. During the Public Safety career, about half of my time was spent mentoring, precepting and educating others in the field and community, so, I am very adaptable to a wide variety of settings. I am very "calm and cool" under stressful situations and have developed, implemented and managed various programs, both in safety and public safety. Experienced in safety, emergency preparedness, disaster management, incident investigation, program development, training and education, and job hazard safety assessments. Specialties: Forward thinker/problem solver, educational program development and educator, project development and management, technological innovations, public safety liaison.
