I’m currently looking for opportunities in Property Management. Problem solving is the heart of improving any business process and the heart of my working method. From my previous work experience I have gained an ability to quickly diagnose problems in how people and organizations solve and process problems. People are front and center in my world. In the roles of teacher, colleague, project manager, and mentor I have focused on forging relationships and identifying platforms for establishing common ground. Enabling my clients to adapt, grow and learn about themselves is my paramount goal. Most recently my focus has been in language instruction and corporate education. As a valued change agent I helped my clients effectively on-board C-level executives from China into successful roles in Corporate America. In my free time I center myself with a dose of yoga or a hike along a vista in this amazing city. I am passionate about civil justice and advocating for greater diversity in representation of all minorities in both the public and private sectors. An avid traveler, I never turn down the opportunity to discover new places and experience new things. I believe in lifelong learning and always strive to challenge myself. I enjoy baking molasses spice cookies and having friends over.
