I am a seasoned government affairs professional with extensive experience leading federal advocacy, political organizing, and building government relations teams in the financial services and technology industry. As the Vice President and Head of Government Affairs at KYNDRYL, Inc, I oversee all aspects of US government relations, maximizing our ability to navigate complex political landscapes in support of corporate growth. Before joining KYNDRYL, I served as Director of Government Affairs in North America for Dell Technologies, leading all aspects of the company’s financial services policy engagement. Prior to joining Dell, I led my advocacy shop after being the lead tax and asset management lobbyist for Credit Suisse. Before my career steered me to financial services, I was Policy Director for Obama for America, working directly with Senior Advisers and key stakeholders to communicate key policy proposals on the campaign trail. Before joining the Obama 2012 campaign, I was Staff Director for Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid. Early in my career, I served as a Legislative Assistant for the Office of Congressman Floyd H. Flake, where I developed essential skills in legislative drafting, research, and analysis. Throughout my career, I have successfully built and managed strong networks of relationships with elected officials, regulators, advocacy organizations, and business leaders to advance policy objectives. I have a proven track record of achieving results, including securing appropriations for critical federal initiatives and regulatory relief for businesses. As a trusted advisor, my colleagues consider me a political and policy specialist who liaises closely between government and business. I graduated with a BA in Communications from the University of Wisconsin.
