Seasoned qualitative research expert with an 18-year track record of successfully identifying hidden insights that texturize end-user stories to inform high-level business questions and strategies. My insatiable curiosity about the human condition and passion for the world we share drive me to uncover deep truths, or at least better questions. Healthcare questions are, fundamentally, human questions. Thus, I approach each engagement with a patient-centric mindset to help deliver life-changing therapies. On a personal level, my 9-year-old twins are the center of my everything. Life-long learning and always pushing to the next intellectual challenge are as essential to me as oxygen. I also enjoy cars, horses, and alpine skiing; translation: anything fast! When it's time to slow down and relax a good book or a couple of hours at the piano are my therapy.
