About Terri Barrick

Hi, I’m Terri Barrick, I’m a South Central PA Area Realtor that enjoys helping sellers and buyers with their Real Estate needs. That means something different each and every day. Showing properties, negotiating great deals, marketing my listings to stand out from the others, coordinating the entire escrow process, attending inspections, writing contracts, having open houses, advising sellers on the best ways to maximize profit… I’m there through the entire process and I enjoy it all. Start to finish. In 2002 I studied at The Institute of Real Estate located in Camp Hill, PA. I passed the exams and received my license 2003 and started as a Full Time Realtor. I reside in Marysville with my husband and my Yorkshire Terrier. We are empty nesters. I’m proud to have a daughter and 2 step sons and 2 step grandchildren. I love spending time with my family and friends. I enjoy cooking, decorating and making crafts. I enjoy traveling to Florida, boating and relaxing on the beach. I believe in providing excellent service and building strong relationships based on communication and trust. My marketing and technology expertise provide a great advantage for my clients. I’m here to assist you in your home-buying and selling needs, with a focus on providing you personalized service and the benefit of my local expertise in Cumberland, Dauphin and Perry Counties.
