As director, supervisor, corporate and professional development facilitator/ trainer, educator, CEO, realtor, sales agent, wife and Mom; motivating internal and external stakeholders with a shared picture of the mission at hand, bringing focus to the vision with a strategic plan, thinking strategically about the best way to meet needs while evaluating their effectiveness, and providing fiscal oversight describe a few of my past responsibilities.
