I am a Behavioral Scientist, Neuroeducator, and Learning & Development Solutions Consultant with a passion for transforming learning experiences. I specialize in helping organizations identify gaps, design innovative programs, and enhance training to improve knowledge retention and skill development. As the founder of TF Solutions Center, an educational consulting agency, I leverage behavioral science to create customized training solutions that cater to diverse learning styles and behavioral tendencies. I also work with organizations to develop personalized learning plans that drive impactful results. With expertise in mental health education, educational practices, and parent education, I train facilitators to create safe, collaborative spaces for youth and families. My mission is to empower communities by fostering healthier environments in homes, schools, and beyond.
