In my current role includes the development and maintenance of the Organisations internal training calendar. This involves development of training packages and delivery of same, identifying and implementing along with senior management, more effective and efficient delivery systems. As a RN with a background in aged care and working with people with disabilities, I am passionate about supporting the rights of clients with disabilities and in the aged care sector. My goal in training is not only about educating people, but getting them to think about what they do, why they do it and how they can support and deliver care in accordance with the relevant legislative standards and in an ethical framework.
