About Terri Hermann

I have a demostrated history working in the broadcast media industry including sports, entertainment and news events. I have a strong background in Logistics and Operations, and am skilled in Budgeting, Event Planning, and Live Broadcast delivery for productions ranging from multi-million dollar budget events to high volume digital streamed sports.Over the course of my career I have consistently delivered growth and improvement to live and recorded broadcast events by examining the project scope, identifying operational and technical opportunities for improvement, and building the production teams to deliver cutting edge change.I've traveled and worked around the US and Internationally; facilitating projects in locations large to small, exotic to hometown. From the early days of High Definition television, to "tapeless" EVS server system workflows, to IP data transmission streams which helped pave the path for multi-streaming channels on the digital app, to unique challenges of basketball events on aircraft carriers or aircraft hangers on the other side of the world, to improvements in RF video and audio signal elements in a broadcast, I have continually asked the questions to identify the problems and build team consensus to achieve the best improvements.
