I’m a pharmacist with a deep respect for systems, clarity, and details—and also a writer who believes peace begins with preparation. My personal philosophy is simple: take care of things now so your future self doesn’t have to carry them later. That mindset has shaped every part of my life—from leading in pharmacy settings to writing emotionally immersive fiction to crafting a TEDx talk that challenges how we think about procrastination. Both books in my Storm and Shadow Duology will release in 2025: The Storm and the Rose and The Rose and the Shadows—romantic suspense novels that explore resilience, justice, legacy, and slow-burn connection. I’m also in the early stages of writing a nonfiction book and submitting a TEDx Talk idea that reframes productivity through the lens of self-compassion and calm: a case for proactive living in an overstimulated world. Whether I’m working in healthcare, writing into the night, curating a wardrobe that empowers confidence, or parenting a future powerhouse—I show up with intentionality, efficiency, and care. Because clarity isn’t just how I work. It’s how I live.
