Ensure Medicaid covers, reimburses and implements proper coding for products • Coordinate financial assistance programs with customers to facilitate patients’ access to therapies. • Support contracting, training with regional Managed Medicaid payers. Maximize formulary position/access. • Collaborate with 2ABDs, 5RBMs, 5 RDs, and 45 reps to leverage market access strategy and payer pull thru tactics. • Perform educational presentations on healthcare, patient services and reimbursement, business reviews with top accounts. • Supporting the coverage and reimbursement of our WHC products • Medical Device, Specialty Pharmacy, and Buy and Bill • Responsible for OH, NC, MD, DC, WV, and VA • WHC contact for CVS Caremark and Humana • Identify educational opportunities within the sales force or our customers and create marketing resources including slide decks/ visuals/ memos/ FAQ sheets, etc. • Educate and train on billing processes/ create educational materials
