I was first exposed to Agile, specifically Scrum, at e-Funds (formerly Wildcard) and witnessed the benefits immediately. I proceeded to immerse myself in the methodology, and after a few years, practicing moved on to introduce Scrum to Value Pay Services (VPS), a subsidiary of Independent Purchasing Cooperative (ipc), the official purchaser for Subway franchisees. My love of Scrum was married to the perfect group of comrades at Qpay. My years at Qpay were full of hard work and good times with the best culture and co-workers imaginable. During this time, I honed my servant leadership skills and witnessed hyper-productive teams at their finest.
