About Terri Wesselman

With more than 30 years of business entrepreneur experience building businesses from the ground up, my expertise is wide-ranging in business, information technology, and financial management. As the President of OMNIPLEX World Services Corporation, in 20 years, the business grew to more than $200 million per year and became the foundation for continued growth in 2012 under private equity partners. I later founded Compass Entertainment Complex - an entertainment center in a rural area of Virginia's Northern Neck. This facility serves many needs for the community and includes movie theaters, full-service restaurant, and family entertainment center that has both inside and outside attractions like miniature golf, go karts, batting cages, zip line/ropes course, and much more. With a degree in Interior Design, I started OMNI Design Group Incorporated in 2003 and proceeded to build this business enterprise with both commercial and residential design services primarily in the Northern Neck region of Virginia and Southwest Florida. As President of OMNI Design Group, I oversee all design projects for the firm.
