Background

About Terris Ransom

I am a passionate, collaborative, results-driven marketing leader who has helped shape the fortunes of national & regional brands across CPG and hospitality. I bring the discipline of a classically trained CPG marketer, the analytical rigor of an engineer, the people leadership of an operations supervisor & the creativity of a jazz musician to all of the work that I do. While I’m an enthusiastic marketer across the board I have a soft spot for brand transformation because, when it’s done right, it can simultaneously broaden a company’s exposure, drive revenue & strengthen employee pride. I’ve been fortunate enough to lead transformations multiple times in my career & the challenges & corresponding rewards never get old. Additional Specialties: • Brand Identity & Positioning • Advertising & Communications • Cross Functional Team Leadership • Agency Relationship Management • Strategic Planning • Product Development & Innovation • Coaching and Development Outside of work you'll find me listening to live music, volunteering with my church youth group, searching for authentic Texas BBQ or relaxing with my wife & daughters.
