As a leader, I am committed to engaging and empowering staff, and known for my “roll up the sleeves” style of leadership that steps in where needed to “get the job done.” Over the years, my role at Gymboree Corporation evolved and expanded as the company went through many changes, including a high-growth period and the launch of 2 new brands. For 11 years, my role focused on improving all aspects of construction finance and management for the company’s 1,400 stores across the U.S, Canada and Australia. Earlier, I was at Gap, Inc, where I led the company’s PMO and managed general contractor relationships nationwide. Before joining Gap, Inc, I was at Keeva J. Kekst Architects, Inc. as the Lead Project Designer for large 1 and 2-level malls, department stores, strip centers and recreational facilities.
