About Terry Allen

Terry Allen got into the real estate industry in 2010 when the economy was in recession. Because of his strong desire to share his knowledge and experience with others, he decided to change careers and get his real estate license. He set out to use his personal experience in buying and selling properties to help first-timers achieve their dream of home ownership. As his career advanced, Terry earned an associate degree in Real Estate and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. He’s an expert in market analysis, property valuation, and negotiations, providing exceptional service to his clients. As a member of the National Association of Realtors, he is committed to a strict code of ethics. Terry strongly believes in developing solutions with his clients and executing the highest standards of honesty and integrity. With a great amount of personal and professional real estate experience, Terry knows that communication is the key to successfully closing a transaction. His family moved from New York to Texas in 1993 and now call North Richland Hills their home. Terry lives with his daughter, granddaughter, and their Chihuahua. In his free time, he enjoys woodworking and home improvement projects.
