Terry Anwar has an exceptional track record of success in senior level global recruiting in the financial industry. His experience is broad and multifunctional spanning general management (C-level), risk, investment management, finance, audit, legal/compliance, information technology, operations and consulting. During his long career in search, he has recruited many talented professionals for world class financial firms on the buy and sell side. Terry's track record of success includes recruiting a number of luminaries. Two bear mentioning. In 1984, Terry recruited Eileen Murray: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eileen_Murray, one of the most powerful women in the financial industry, from Peat Marwick & Mitchell to the Controller's Department of Morgan Stanley. She had an exceptionally fast track career at the firm and eventually became Controller and Chief Accounting Officer and Member of the Management Committee. She also served as chief operating officer of Morgan Stanley's Institutional Securities Group from to 2002. Subsequently Eileen became the Co-CEO of Bridgewater Associates, the world's largest hedge fund. Most recently she was the Chair of the Board of Governors of FINRA, one of the most prestigious Boards in corporate America. Terry also recruited the legendary David Shaw from Columbia University to Morgan Stanley, as Vice President for Technology in Nunzio Tartaglia's Automated Proprietary Trading Group. David Shaw was tasked with installing the first parallel processing computer in the private sector. David Shaw subsequently founded D.E.
