I am a Lean & Agile Coach as well as an IT Professional with 27 years of combined experience serving as an Agile champion and now an Agile Coach having served for a multitude of Fortune 100 leading enterprises. I have vast experience with gathering & writing functional and non-functional requirements, writing epics/user stories, defining processes in infra, QA/testing, and deploying data driven solutions across a wide range of B2B and B2C enterprises. These solutions have encompassed: custom web and mobile application development, database/data architecture projects, complex application integrations, and enhancing business intelligence. Over the course of my career, I have been directly involved in all phases of SDLC during project work and SCRUM/agile methodologies as a Product Owner. I have been deeply involved in IT Architecture strategy work; as well as serving on change control boards and many IT Governance committees.
