About Terry Brisco

As an Assistant Repairs Manager at Uline, I apply my 31 years of leadership, operations, and aviation experience to oversee the induction, repair, and issuance of parts and supplies for a leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials. I hold a Master Training Specialist certification from the US Navy, as well as a Certified Postsecondary Instructor credential from the National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT). In my previous roles, I managed the Navy's only enlisted bootcamp, where I directed the development of curriculum, policies, and programs for the military indoctrination of recruits annually. I also led 119 personnel in aircraft support and repair for five Marine Corps aviation organizations and one Navy warship. I have a proven track record of enhancing operational efficiency, streamlining workflow, improving safety, and ensuring on-time product delivery. I am passionate about coaching, mentoring, and developing others to achieve their full potential.
