A dynamic results-driven “change agent” who is an effective business system thinker with more than 15 years of experience in leading and working in organizational Business Process Management (BPM) and Continuous Improvement (CI). Experienced in all types of industries with documented success and adaptability to work with all levels of an organization. Expertise in applying methodologies of Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, Data Analysis, and Program/Project Management to drive results and deliver value to customers. My focus is on developing and cultivating a team first mentality built around delivering value and achieving goals using process and data analysis. I Apply strategic end-to-end connections to work streams and build out multiple generational maturity models and frameworks for tactical execution. I work hand-n-hand with teams to build out processes, architect process performance metrics, and use data analysis combined with functional process thinking to drive problem solving and process improvements. I work with teams as a servant leader and utility player who is willing to fill holes as needed. Honorably served 12 years in the United States Navy Aviation Enterprise, leading, and working as part of maintenance and operations teams forward deployed, on land, and at sea.
