About Terry Buster

As Director of IT with over a decade of experience at A Good Egg Dining Group, I’ve had the privilege of shaping and optimizing technology for a fast-growing dining brand with 16 locations. My expertise lies in implementing innovative tech solutions that drive efficiency, reduce costs, and empower teams. I’m passionate about using technology to elevate operations and enhance guest experiences while strategically introducing solutions that fuel growth. In my role, I ensure seamless operation and security across platforms, including POS systems, cloud-based solutions, and networking tools. I led the launch of nine new locations, managing everything from tech planning and vendor partnerships to the deployment of systems essential for smooth operation. I also introduced a scalable Microsoft 365 infrastructure, which now supports over 100 users, streamlining communication and collaboration. By deploying a new POS solution, I achieved a 55% reduction in annual expenses, and my cloud-based General Ledger initiative saved the company approximately annually. Beyond the numbers, my goal is to empower teams through technology. I train end-users on systems that make their work easier and foster a tech-forward culture that values security, agility, and productivity. Through proactive maintenance and continuous improvement, I’m dedicated to keeping technology aligned with our goals, enabling us to offer exceptional dining experiences.
