Within my working career so far I have excelled at customer service where I have built great report with my customers and suppliers. I am currently in sales where I maintain accounts and support our external account managers. This involves quotations, product sourcing, purchasing and order processing. Within account management I look after contract orders, monitor stock holding, customer projects and general B2B support I also manage the marketing calendar within the business where I organise brochures, e shots and the seasonal promotions and giveaways. Within my role I also maintain asset inventory for loan stock and manage any repair or call outs on these machines. Part of this role is also to organise and repair products which go faulty or manage a third party engineer to attend sites. I currently assist the business with product development and new product innovations. Within my day to day routine I actively support all of my colleagues with questions and general help needed. I also train new employees and will be an internal sponsor where I am their internal contact and support. Whilst I have a varied role, I continue to help around the business, offer new ideas and solutions to improve efficiencies.
