As the director of service training at Wirtgen America, I oversee the development and delivery of high-quality training programs for the service staff and customers of the leading manufacturer of road construction equipment. With over 15 years of experience in the service training field, I have honed my skills in team building, office administration, and project planning, enabling me to manage a diverse and dynamic team of trainers, coordinators, and administrators. I am passionate about providing excellent service and support to our customers and partners, as well as enhancing the skills and knowledge of our service staff. I also have a strong background in sales, having worked as a district sales manager for three years, where I developed and maintained relationships with key accounts and distributors, and increased sales and market share in my territory. My mission is to contribute to the success and growth of Wirtgen America by delivering innovative and effective service training solutions that meet the needs and expectations of our stakeholders.
