I am Terry Charles, a full-time student-athlete playing Division I football at Wagner College, where I’m pursuing a degree in Finance. As a proud Haitian-American, my roots have instilled in me the true meaning of sacrifice and determination—values that fuel me both on the field and in my professional journey. I was raised on the principles of hard work, perseverance, and resilience, which continue to shape my mindset and drive my ambition to build a successful career in the finance industry. Currently, I am interning at Ernst & Young (EY) LLP as an FSRM Risk-Consulting Intern, where I’m focused on gaining hands-on experience and deepening my understanding of the field. Looking ahead, I aspire to empower my community through financial education and support, serving as both a resource and a role model. Giving back to those who have encouraged, supported, and inspired me is at the core of who I am—as I am committed to making a meaningful impact in whatever room I step in.
