About Terry Cheung

My background in Counselling and Psychology has allowed me to support individuals navigating life challenges, primarily through emotional support, personal development groups, and related programs. Over time, I became increasingly interested not only in personal growth, but also in how people grow within teams and organizations. This shift in perspective led me to pursue further studies in Work and Organizational Psychology. Through both academic learning and frontline experience, I've developed a strong interest in employee well-being and group dynamics. I've led small-group training sessions and coordinated youth leadership programs that were designed to foster trust, engagement, and a sense of meaning. Now, I hope to bring this experience into roles focused on Training, Coaching, and Learning and Development. I believe that when people feel safe and supported, teams don't just function better, but they also grow with purpose.
