About Terry Cole

Commenced my professional IT career in 2016, transitioning from being the family IT go-to person. After gaining hands-on experience in network and website management, I pursued further education through MyCC's ITSA program. Following graduation, I joined Hungerrush as Support, quickly advancing to the role of an Online Ordering Specialist. In this capacity, I developed new online ordering websites, provided training to new owners for site management, and resolved network issues hindering online ordering functionality.Expanding my expertise, I took charge of training and setting up above-store management and Loyalty programs for various companies within Hungerrush. Eager for continuous growth, I've now transitioned to a new department, where I specialize in training AI to proficiently recognize and process food orders for restaurants.My primary life passion revolves around my two canine companions, Percy Jackson and Triton. We embark on cross-country journeys, engaging in competitive disc play. Percy Jackson and I proudly hold the title of two-time MicroDog World Champions, achieving success in both Xtreme Distance and Time Trial categories, in addition to securing over five podium finishes. While Triton and I have garnered multiple top 10 placements, we're driven to reach our peak potential.A major aspiration of mine is to showcase my dogs' talents at a major sporting event, seizing the opportunity to highlight their remarkable abilities.
