About Terry Cooper

I would like to take the opportunity to tell you a little bit about myself. I was born and raised in the ranching and farming industry where hard work, diligence, perseverance, and integrity are just a part of everyday life. I also worked summers with my grandfather in his mechanic shop at his trucking company. Shortly after high school I decided to take my mechanical skills to an all new level and started A&P (airframe and power plant) School. I have been in the aviation industry since 1994, since that time I have worked diligently through companies on several fleet types, both military and civilian contracts, with the utmost integrity. Through these companies (American Airlines 12yrs) I was sent to more classes to learn more leadership skills. I take on each task as a challenge, which is self-motivating. As we all know time is money and the better you know your equipment, employees, log trends the repairs become faster and the employees take on more ownership and responsibility. Logging trends in equipment and employees helps reduce “breakdowns” making the company more reliable. Since that time, I have concentrated my work experience in the oil and gas industry (Express Energy Services 2yr).
