About Terry Henry

I recently joined Flintco, bringing over two decades of boots-on-the-ground experience in commercial construction with a specialty in field operations, technology integration, and site logistics. Throughout my career, I’ve been at the intersection of construction and innovation—leveraging tools like LiDAR scanning, drone survey mapping (FAA Part 107 Certified), Trimble & Leica systems, and VDC coordination to bring greater accuracy, efficiency, and safety to the field. From high-stakes healthcare projects to large-scale mixed-use developments, I’ve supported teams with real-time data, layout precision, and proactive problem-solving. At Flintco, I’m focused on: Leading field engineering operations with a strong command of tech-enabled tools Ensuring site accuracy through 3D laser scanning, total station layout, and drone topography Bridging the gap between field crews and design coordination Promoting a culture of safety, collaboration, and craftsmanship I’m passionate about doing things right the first time, mentoring up-and-coming field engineers, and staying curious as the industry continues to evolve. Let’s connect—whether you’re passionate about construction tech, boots-on-the-ground execution, or building a better future from the ground up.
