This includes 5S, department layout, and flow priority of work and labor. Then cross trained other leaders on the department, and it’s management- Conduct SOS and EOS meetings with leaders and associates where policies, safety, and metrics are discussed and set- Conduct associate performance reviews, as well as develop and implement development plans for under performing associates- Monitor KPI to adjust business plans to meet performance goals for the department- Analyze KPI to develop daily department assignments- Train and mentor associates to ensure further growth in the company.(Current results are 7 associates reaching tier 3 positions, and 4 reaching L-4 positions.)- Monitor performance of associates, and utilize the Lean Sigma Six process to streamline their job tasks- Developed 3 training processes that are still being used nation wide by the company- Conduct audits for safety and compliance procedures set by the company- Engage with department associates to ensure the best possible customer service is given to all members of my team, both up and down stream- Manage a team of up to 77 associates, and 7 supervisors.
