I am working for First Community Bank of the Heartland as their project manager, analyzing the business, looking for ways to improve work processes for employees and access for consumers, implementing new systems, and providing training and support. Previously, I worked as a multi-facility district manager with the Social Security Administration. I managed offices and led teams with a continuous eye to improving the level of customer service received by our clients while making sure that employees had necessary resources to effectively and efficiently carry out the mission of the agency, to get clients the correct payment by the correct date. I hired and developed new staff, trained employees, managed workloads, processed personnel actions, conducted performance appraisals, analyzed performance, changed workload processes based on available resources, and handled special projects that impacted the state, the region, and national performance of the agency.
