Terry draws upon a strong personal drive centered on delivering a professional process and outcome that always utilises integrity and partnering to help companies meet the demands of Digital Transformation. He has successfully driven his career from chemical engineering to robotics and control systems, through to his chosen final path of being a leading Business Manager and IT Professional. With a belief in the value of demonstrably and constantly improving knowledge of ethics, technology advancements, governance, and digital transformation, it is Terry's aim to incorporate the innate learnings from his experience gained in the manufacturing sector, consulting arena, business management and sales/solution design, to empathetically understand how to enable businesses to achieve improved customer experience, market differentiation, productivity enhancements and bottom-line cost savings. Whilst also managing EtherWorks, a significant achievement for Terry has been his role of Lead Technology Consultant and Project Manager on multi-million dollar consultancies for Hong Kong Government (HK Police Force, HK Housing Authority), datacentre design for HK Jockey Club and HSBC, as well as Macau Casinos (City of Dreams and Wynn Palace).
