About Terry Jackson

Dr. Terry Jackson partners with organizations who believe their success happens through their people. Her consulting business was established out of her personal mission to help people and organizations find success through ongoing learning and development. An educator at heart, Terry earned her Ed.D. degree in Human and Organizational Learning from George Washington University’s executive leadership program. Her dissertation conducted research into higher ed presidential leadership transitions with a focus on top leadership team development. In 2021, she completed the leadership coaching certificate program through the Leadership Learning Collaborative in Rochester, NY. Throughout her multi-faceted career, Terry is successful in a wide range of tactical, strategic, and administrative roles in higher education, organizational development and behavioral health. The common thread is that she has helped people focus their goals, uncover their talents, and build confidence and leadership capacity. She knows how to ask the right questions, listen, analyze, apply research and practical wisdom to her clients’ concerns. No matter the scope or gravity of the situation, Terry is trusted to support people at all levels to succeed and thrive. Her expertise in top management and leadership transitions has made her a trusted thought partner, advisor, and coach at the highest levels.
