About Terry Jordan

After twenty-five years in the electrical trade, I have had the opportunity to grow from a helper in the field to a journeyman, and later a master electrician running my own company. After twelve years of successful business practices, I sold my company and brought my electrical knowledge and business skills to a local electrical company executing my current role as the Operations Manager and Director of Construction for the Fort Myers branch at Edmonson Electric. My many years in the electrical industry included custom homes, residential and commercial remodels as well as new commercial builds of various sizes and complexities. Intimate understanding of the code, attention to detail, and the ability to manage personnel on job sites allotted me the privilege for running challenging projects. I now enjoy the ability to pass on my practices to others for the betterment of the trade. Being a manager is not about getting people to do what you want them to do, but instead, empowering them to be the best version of themselves.
