About Terry Keating

I have over 30 years of leadership in growing businesses through strategic development, enhancing market presence, internal team building, and applying best practices to optimize operations. Have provided advisory services to and grown businesses in various industry sectors, including commercial finance, consumer finance, leasing companies, and significant for-profit and non-profit board experience. I speak frequently at conferences, webinars, and seminars and have authored numerous articles related to the financial services industry. Served as an expert witness and testified in criminal and civil matters. As the founder of Donald J. Keating & Sons, I am currently providing board of directors’ services advisory services, including organizational development, growth strategies, recapitalization, capital formation. Recently served as an independent member of the Board of Directors of a private equity-owned distressed commercial finance company that was being wound down. Additionally, I have served on numerous professional and non-profit boards of directors and remain active in the leadership of several organizations. I am also currently active with local, regional, and national industry organizations including the Secured Finance Network, Turnaround Management Association, Association for Corporate Growth, and others.
