Hello! My name is Terry Lofties. As the Director of Safety and DOT Compliance at PX Transportation, I bring over a decade of experience and expertise in ensuring the safety and compliance of our drivers, vehicles, and operations. I have an extensive knowledge of the federal and state regulations and industry standards that govern the transportation and distribution sector. I lead the identification and assessment of potential risks and hazards within the company, and implement effective strategies and policies to mitigate them. I also drive a culture of behavior-based safety and awareness throughout the organization, and facilitate regular safety training and education programs for our staff. I oversee the investigation and reporting of all accidents and incidents, and work closely with insurance agencies and auditors to ensure compliance and accountability. I am proficient with ELD processes and systems, and have developed a driver scorecard system to measure and improve driver performance and safety. My mission is to uphold the highest standards of safety and compliance for PX Transportation, and to contribute to its continued success and growth.
