As an IT professional I survey the entire corporate landscape while landing in a team. Understanding the relationships between technology, the business, and our customers is critical to ensuring the solutions and support provided by the Technology team is of value. From this viewpoint I can easily identify roadblocks, fires to put out, or inefficient paths leading to our goals. As a highly adaptable person you will find me championing initiatives to improve workflows, coaching staff on removing challenges to their success, leading a team to collaborate on provisioning solutions, and ensuring we are on track for delivering quality service. I started my career providing hardware support which eventually led to me becoming an Enterprise Administrator. I co-owned a Technology consulting company where my partner and I supported the needs of 15 different companies. My wealth of technology experience allowed me to transition into role as an IT Planner where I ensured the Technology we provision aligned to our Business Strategy.
