About Terry Mattison

With over 14 years of experience as a medical specialist at Medical student, I apply my industrial/organizational psychology knowledge and skills to improve the health and well-being of the staff and patients. I collaborate with the management and the clinical team to design and implement interventions that enhance the performance, motivation, and satisfaction of the employees and the quality of the care provided. I also conduct research and evaluation on the effectiveness and impact of the interventions and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement. In addition to my role as a medical specialist, I work as a merchandiser at Bakery, where I use my event planning and sales skills to create attractive and engaging displays and promotions for the bakery products. I partner with the store manager and the production team to plan and execute seasonal and special events, such as fundraisers, tastings, and workshops, that increase the customer loyalty and revenue. I also support the training and development of the new and existing staff members and foster a positive and collaborative work environment. My goal is to leverage my psychology and merchandising expertise to deliver value and satisfaction to both the internal and external stakeholders.
